Small Stones: Day Seventeen

I have committed to participating in the National Month of Small Stones (read about it at A River of Stones, here). This will be a real challenge for me. Rather than my usual lengthy missives, I will be reigning in my writing muses and only writing a tiny nugget to capture what I've observed. The key is being open and aware, and noting the moment when it comes. For those of you who will miss my usual rambling, I'll be including a link to favorite "oldies" that I've written -just click on the red oldie title and the link will take you there.

Today's Small Stone...

I find my hairs everywhere.
I lose still more when I brush my hair.
It's a wonder to me that I am not bald.
Yes, this is metaphor
mixed with a soup├žon of truth.

Favorite Oldie...

...And the List Goes On

  1. I like this, Barb... I like it very much! And another wonderful picture.. Are you making them every day, or are they samples of your artwork? They're really cool, I look forward to seeing what you've chosen each day!

  2. Hi Sam,

I do some kind of artwork every day. This happens to be a page from a calendar I made for this year (representing June).
